Fresh Faces by Frances offers easy Flat Rate Shipping! Currently, we use USPS Ground to ship all orders. Should your shipping requirements have an urgent time frame, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a full refund. Return shipping and handling fees are currently not covered. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

  • When you return your purchase to by mail within 60 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).

  • If we receive your item(s) within 61-90 days of purchase date or if they were paid with a FFBF Gift Card, eGift Certificate, or online store credit, you will receive a refund in the form of an online store credit for the item(s).

  • Items received more than 90 days after the purchase date may not be returned by mail.

  • may offer exchanges by mail. Please contact us to inquire about an exchange.

Here are two easy ways to return your items(s):

1. Returns by Mail

  • Email Fresh Faces by Frances with your Order Summary. Include your name, e-mail address, and phone numbers so that we can contact you, if necessary.

  • Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and FFBF packaging (if available).

  • Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

  • Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS)

It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

2. Returns to Store Locations - Visit our boutique to return your item(s).
